Evidence Act, 1872–Sec. 65-B–Admissibility of electronic records–Held, the information contained in an electronic record i.e. the contents of a document or communication printed on a paper that had been stored, recorded and copied in an optical or magnetic media produced by a computer, is deemed to be documented and it is admissible in evidence without further proof of original production, however, the contents of Sec. 65-B(2) to 65-B(5) should be satisfied.
