Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973–Sec. 145/146–Revisional Court passed the order of appointment of receiver till the disposal of civil suit–Revision against–Petitioners admitted that civil suit has been dismissed by civil Court but the appeal thereagainst is pending Hence the order of appointment of receiver should be quashed–Held, if any right is left with petitioners on the ground of pendency of the appeal, they should file the application before the executive Magistrate and he will pass appropriate order
in compliance of the order of revisional Court–Declined to interfere.
