Permanent Injunction–Suit for–Dismissed–Appellants failed to establish that R who made the gift in favour of S, was having any title over the land in question–Further, there is no regd. gift deed as regard to immovable property–Furthermore, the plea of adverse possession does not merit acceptance as the appellants failed to prove their peaceful, settled and uninterrupted possession over the land in question–Injunction cannot be granted in favour of trespasser against the true owner–Held, suits were rightly rejected.
