Penal Code, 1860–Sec. 307/34, 325/34 & 323/34–[Corresponding Secs. 109/3(5), 117(2)/3(5) & 115(2)/3(5) of BNS, 2023]–Conviction–Reduction of the sentence–Incident took place before thirty years–Sentence of the appellants deserves to be modified and reduced in the interest of justice–Sentence of appellant nos. 2 & 3 is reduced up to the period of already undergone subject to a condition that both of them shall pay a fine of Rs. 10,000/- each–Appellant No. 1 committed the act of driving the tractor–His sentence is reduced up to the period of two years but the fine is enhanced to Rs. 20,000/-.
