Rajasthan Gaushala Act, 1960–Financial sanction made in favour of petitioner-Gaushala was withdrawn/withheld–Justification–Petitioner is registered society operating the Gaushala in the State of Rajasthan–Financial assistance was sanctioned on this basis that there were 498 bovine animal–Thereafter, the financial sanction was stopped after a surprise inspection–No opportunity of hearing was granted to the petitioner before passing the impugned order–Therefore, same is in violation of the principles of natural justice and not sustainable–Impugned order quashed and set aside and directed to disburse the withheld grant.
