Rajasthan Tenancy Act, 1955–Sec. 224–Scope for exercising the jurisdiction–If the decision of appellate authority was contrary to law or some usages having force of law, decision had been arrived at without determination of some material issue of law or usages and a substantial error or defect
in the procedure, the jurisdiction can be exercised.
