Limitation Act, 1963–Art. 1–Applicability of provision–When there is an account between the parties, the account should be current and it should be open and there should be mutuality of dealings between the parties as well–Limitation for filing the suit is three years which starts from the close of the year in which the last item admitted or proved, is entered in the account, such year to be computed as in the account–The year in which the last entry is made would be excluded in computing the limitation and, thereafter, the limitation of three years would start.
