Rajasthan Rent Control Act, 2001–Sec. 6–Sec. 6–Scope–Section 6 is also beneficial to the tenant to the extent that any contrary agreement between the parties to increase the rent annually more than as provided u/s. 6 cannot be enforced by a landlord after enforcement of Act.
