Rajasthan Stamp Act, 1998–Sec. 65(1)–While dealing the writ petition against the order of deposit of deficit duty, High Court was of the view that the alternative remedy of revision was available–However, High Court did not consider whether the determination of market value and demand of stamp duty was exorbitant so as to make the remedy of revision ineffective Matter deserves to be remanded back.
