Code of Civil Procedure, 1908–Order 41, Rule 31–Secondary evidence–Way of proving–Execution of power of attorney was denied–Merely because respondent admitted the signatures on the document and did not admit the contents thereof, it cannot be held that the document has been proved–Secondary evidence must be authenticated by fundament evidence that the alleged copy is the true copy of the original document–Document is required to be proved in accordance with the law.
