Penal Code, 1860–Sec. 420–Cheating–Constitution of offence–A dishonest intention is required with which any person deceives the other person and induces him/her to deliver any property to any person or induces the said person to make, alter or destroy the whole or any part of a valuable security–It cannot be said from the scrutiny of the documents available on record that ingredients of cheating are present in the instant case.
