Criminal Trial–Witness–Reliability–Witness stated that he saw the two accused taking the deceased on motor-cycle about one year and nine months before the date of deposition–This period would coincide with January 2013, however, the incident took place in July 2013–Furthermore, he alleged that in the very next morning he came to know that the deceased has passed away whereas an unidentified body was recovered and it was identified after five days of the incident–Witness is closely related to the deceased–Testimony is totally unreliable.
