effect that the respondents be restrained to unauthorisely part of premises not let out–Allowed by Tribunal–Rent note was executed for the area of 20X30 feet–Petitioner failed to produce any contrary evidence that the area of 20X50 feet was let out–Held, no interference is required in the concurrent findings.
