Narcotic Drugs & Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985–Sec. 20–Evidence Act, 1872–Sec. 138–Independent witness PW 2 supported the recovery of contraband found in the premises of the appellant–However, he withdraw the admission made earlier in his cross-examination–When the contents and documents have been accepted to be true after ascertaining it before the Court, the said part of his evidence alone should carry weight and the latter part will have no consequence.
