Narcotic Drugs & Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985–Sec. 50–Scope–Mandatory requirement prescribed u/s. 50 will have to be complied with only when a search is carried out on the body of a person and the same cannot have any effect when it comes to the question of effecting a search on any premises.
