Allotment–Cancellation–Allotments were to be made to the residents of Kacchi Basti under the scheme of regularisation–Allotment made in favour of petitioner was by mistake–Petitioner has not denied the fact that he possess the another plot in same municipal area–Though the allotment was cancelled without giving the opportunity of hearing to him but the respondents followed the provisions of law after receiving the direction from this Court–Held, no illegality was committed in cancelling the allotment.
