Rajasthan Co-operative Societies Act, 2001–Sec. 30(1)(b)–Order of dissolution of Management Committee of society and appointment of administrator–Sustainability–Before passing the impugned order, neither the report submitted by the second inquiry officer was made available to petitioner nor he was given the opportunity of hearing–Non-compliance of provisions of Sec. 30(1)(b)–Impugned order is liable to be quashed and set aside–Further, though the term of society has been expired but the new elections have not taken place–Petitioner is allowed to function till the new elections are conducted.
