Sec. 151–Rejection of application–Appreciation of–View of Court below that the questions posed by the appellants mostly relate with the land on which the hotel building has been raised which, if asked, would neither save time nor the cost–Suit is pending for more then twelve years–Matter is pending at the stage of recording of evidence–Though all the questions were not dealt by trial Court, yet it reached to conclusion that remaining questions are not relevant–Answers can be sought from the relevant witness–Held, application was rightly dismissed.
