Penal Code, 1860–Secs. 376/511 & 354-B–Cognizance for the offence–Though the order of taking the cognizance is perfectly justified because only the statements of the prosecutrix are to be taken into account at this stage yet the conflict between the two first degree related families cannot be allowed to propagated and escalate to the extent of unbelievable and imaginary relations–Altercation pertaining to joint khatedari agricultural land is understandable–Impugned order is liable to be quashed.
