Rajasthan Land Revenue (Allotment of Land for Agricultural Purposes) Rules, 1970–Rule 14–Cancellation of allotment–Set aside by BOR–Appreciation of–Land was allotted to respondent in year 1971 and khatedari rights were conferred to him in 1974–Allotment could not have been cancelled on the ground of violation of conditions after conferment of khatedari rights except on the ground of fraud–Further, the appellants are stranger in dispute–If they were in possession, they could have taken independent remedy–No error is found in the impugned order of BOR.
