Permanent Injunction–Suit for–Dismissed–Appreciation of–Suit shop was given to appellant on rent–Agreement revealing that the respondentland lord was having power to cancel the licence without assigning any reason–Plea of appellant that the document in question was lease and not the licence, is not acceptable as the clause 12 of document prohibits transfer of any sort of interest to the licencee–Suit was filed to avoid 10% annual increament in rent as it was filed when the notification dated 10.8.1983 was sought to be applied–Held, suit was rightly dismissed.
