Evidence Act, 1872–Sec. 65–Photocopy of rent deed was refused to be taken on record on the ground that the same does not inspire confidence–Justification–Language of written statement reveals that there is an admission on part of the respondent regarding this document–Furthermore, application under Order 16, Rule 1(6) was allowed which reflects that the trust has brought this document on record, may be not an original but a photostate copy of the same–Held, Court below committed error in rejecting the application.
