Declaration & Possession–Suit for –Decreed–Admitted fact that the temple belongs to Swarnakar and Zadia Community–Grand-father of defendants had admitted the fact that in the year 1931, a survey was conducted by the Government of Karauli in which he clearly stated that the temple belongs to said community and he is pujari in the said temple–Plaintiff adduced the evidence to show that the defendants misused the rent of temple property–Held, Court below has not committed any error in decreeing the suit.
