Prevention of Money Laundering Act, 2002–Secs. 3/4 & 45– Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973–Sec. 70–Issuance of non-bailable warrants–Offence for which the cognizance has been taken against the petitioner is an economic offence–It cannot be said that the order relating to the issuance of nonbailable warrants has been passed without taking into consideration the entire relevant facts and circumstances of the case–In view of the provisions of Sec. 45 of the Act, it can not be said that the legal error has been committed by the trial Court–Interference declined.
