Juvenile Justice (Care & Protection of Children) Rules, 2007–Rule 12–While determining the age of the juvenile, Court below considered the certificate of class V and evidence of concerned headmaster–Juvenile stated in enquiry that he first studied in the school of his village–No certificate of that school was obtained–Inquiry was not in view of provisions of Rule 12–Impugned order set aside and matter remanded back for deciding afresh.
