Closing of Evidence–Sufficient opportunities were given to petitioner-defendants to adduce their evidence but they failed to do so–Held, trial Court was justified in passing the impugned order–However, denial to adduce evidence may cause serious prejudice to them–One more opportunity is granted subject to paying cost.
