Penal Code, 1860–Sec. 302–Conviction–Appreciation of–Version of prosecution witnesses is found reliable and cogent–Lathi was recovered at the instance of appellant and the blood found on the lathi and his clothes was found matched with the blood group of deceased–Appellant failed to give the explanation in regard to recovery of dead body from his dhani–Held, no legal error is found in the impugned judgment of conviction.
