Family Courts Act, 1984–Sec. 3–Guardians & Wards Act, 1890–Sec. 10–Notification dated 05.02.2015–As per Notification dated 05.02.2015, the jurisdiction of the Family Court has been confined up to the municipal limits and the DJ/ADJ/CJM/ACJM Courts have been granted the powers of Family Courts in remaining areas–After issuance of the Notification, ADJ No. 1, Nagaur was having the powers of Family Court and the appeal would lie before the Division Bench of this Court–Necessary directions issued for listing the appeal.
