Criminal Trial–Closely related witness–Testimony is required to be carefully scrutinised and appreciated before the conclusion is made to rest upon it–Evidence cannot be disbelieved merely on the ground that witnesses are closely related to each other or deceased–If the evidence has a ring of
truth to it, is cogent, credible and trustworthy it can certainly be relied upon.
