Act and the decree is not executable–Rejection of–Decree passed by the Trial Court has attained finality and the Execution Court cannot go beyond the decree–It cannot re-examine the question as the Civil Court rightly decided the issue relating to the jurisdiction and the findings have been affirmed in the second appeal–Held, objection was rightly rejected.
