Deed & Documents–Trust Deed–Establishment–Trust deed can be proved by the remaining trustees as they may be acquainted with the signatures of O or by a person, in whose presence, the document was typed and signed by the executor or by a person, in whose presence, signatures and thumb impressions were taken–None of the above-mentioned witnesses was produced for proving the document.
