Sec. 151–Prayer for amendment in cause title of claim petition and appeal–Submission of the applicant that due to mistake, names of appellant nos. 2 & 3 were mentioned wrong and the award has been passed in the said names–Respondents are agreed with the condition that the appellants must be bound to restore back the benefit, if any, in case the facts are found to be incorrect–Application is allowed accordingly.
