Juvenile Justice (Care & Protection of Children) Model Rules, 2016–Rule 10A(3)–Scope–After preliminary assessment u/s. 15 of Act, if the Board passes an order that there is a need for trial of the child as an adult, it shall assign reasons for the same and the copy of order shall be provided to the child fourthwith.
