Specific Relief Act, 1963–Sec. 13–Rajasthan Tenancy Act, 1955–Sec. 17–Decree of specific performance–If any contract/agreement to sell the immovable property is being executed by any person who has no title or imperfect title and subsequently he acquires interest in the property, the purchaser may compel him to make good the contract out of such interest–After the khatedari rights have accrued by the defendant, plaintiffs were entitled to specific performance–Suit was rightly decreed.
