Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973–Sec. 457–Rajasthan Excise Act, 1950–Sec. 69–Release of Dyper (Many Poko Pants)–Denial–Justification–Proviso to Sec. 69 of the Act provides for a fine to be imposed to the satisfaction of the Magistrate concerned in lieu of ordering confiscation of any goods other than the excisable articles–Court below is directed to release the article after imposing fine to its satisfaction.
