Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973–Sec. 374–Appeal against conviction–Dealing with–First appellate Court is required to examine the case with reference to the grounds urged in appeal–Merely concurring with the finding of trial Court on the charges levelled against the appellant is not sufficient and sustainable in law–High Court should re-apprise the evidence on record while arriving at such conclusion–Impugned judgment set aside and matter remanded back for fresh disposal.
