between both occurrences was about 45 minutes–Both the appellants came together from the temple to the house of deceased and banged upon the door– When he opened the door, they committed the crime–Police proceeded to village on a telephonic message where witness M submitted the written report which cannot be called hit by the provisions of Sec. 162 of CrPC–Witnesses given the detailed version of incident–Their statements could not be shattered in cross examination–They cannot be termed as partial and
interested witnesses–Held, conviction was justified.
