Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973–Sec. 125–Trial Court enhanced the maintenance upto Rs. 2100/- per month to wife–Self-contradictory statements of petitioner-husband–In one hand be stated that wife is mentally ill and on other hand he stated that she is mentally fit enough to sell flowers and garlands every day in fornt of a temple–Wife stated that she was subjected to mental and physical cruelty–She also levelled the allegations that the petitioner-husband has brought another woman into the house without legally divorcing him–Sufficient reasons for refusing to live with husband–Order of paying maintenance Rs. 800/- per month was passed in the year 2008–Held, it
was rightly increased up to Rs. 2100/-per month.
