Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973–Secs. 199 & 482–Penal Code, 1860–Secs. 153-A & 499–Petition for quashing the issuance of notice–Magistrate dismissed the complaint after considering the provisions of Sec. 199(1) CrPC that the complainant was not having locus standi–Revision against–Revisional Court issued the notice to petitioner–Though the notice is contrary to law, however, can not be quashed–But the revisional Court is directed to decide the question raised in this petition.
