Permanent Injunction–Denial from granting–Appreciation of–Defendants proved that the plaintiff was trespasser over the disputed Nohra and his trespass was removed by the competent authority–Plaintiff filed the patta issued by Panchayat in year 1960–However, panchayat was not having jurisdiction to issue the patta in year 1960–Suit land was govt. property and it was allotted to Mandi Samiti–Therefore, Mandi Samiti was true owner of land–Fact of adverse possession also could not be proved by plaintiff–Held, suit was rightly rejected.
