Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973–Sec. 190(1)(b)–Trial Court accepted the findings recorded by I.O. in the final report and thereafter took cognizance on the protest petition–Self-contradictory action of Magistrate–Impugned order quashed and the matter remanded back for deciding afresh.
