Wakf Act, 1995–Secs. 32 & 37–Direction to enter the land as wakf property–Sustainability –Direction was given without finding out the fate of litigation pending before the Wakf Tribunal–Further, no meeting was held by the Wakf Board for declaration of the land in question to be the wakf property–Decision given by the Chief Executive Officer of Wakf Board was totally illegal and without jurisdiction–Respondents are restrained from making any effort to enter the land in question as wakf property.
