Code of Civil Procedure, 1908–Order 41, Rule 27–Claimants obtained the certified copies of some documents which were collected by the police during the investigation but these were not placed on record with the charge sheet–Veracity of documents cannot be doubted–Claimant belongs to downtrodden society and a backward place–Application deserves to be allowed.
