Essential Commodities Act, 1955–Sec. 3/7–Sentence of three months R.I.–Prayer to reduce the same–Incident relates back the year 1990–Appellants have undergone for a certain period–They suffered the mental agony and trauma of protracted trial–It would be just and proper to reduce the sentence to the period of already undergone–Directed accordingly.
