Penal Code, 1860–Secs. 302, 354 & 397–Conviction–Circumstantial evidence–Establishment–Death was homicidal in nature–Ornaments worn by the deceased were found missing–Feet of deceased were manifestly chopped off by a sharp weapon–Investigation Officer proved the factum of seizure of all the incriminating articles from the place of incident as well as those recovered at the instance of accused–Fair and transparent investigation–Appellant failed to explain as regards to the recovered articles and blood group found on his clothes–Further, no explanation as to how his footprint impressions were found on the spot of the incident–Unbroken chain of circumstances–Held, conviction was justified.
