Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973–Sec. 405–Prayer for transfer of case on the ground of medical condition–It would not be in the interest of justice to order the transfer as 32 witnesses have been examined–Held, trial Court shall take note of the health condition of the petitioner and dispense with his personal attendance except when necessary.
