Criminal Trial–Motive–Establishment–Deceased was the wife of the appellant–Inter-ser relationship between the parties–Hardly any possibility of either of the girls being harassed or humiliated in their respective matrimonial homes–No counter-reaction till the death of deceased–No mediation attempt between the families–No suspicion was cast at the time of lodging the missing report–Material witnesses did not utter a single word as regard to discord between the deceased-wife and appellant-husband–Motive alleged is not palpable.
