Code of Civil Procedure, 1908–Sec. 151–Commercial Courts Act, 2015–In the suit for recovery of money, application u/s. 151 was allowed to seek the details of the property of the petitioner–While the suit has been adjudicated, or the execution has taken place, one of the parties can seek the details of the property to ensure smooth execution–Application of respondent-plaintiff does not have any such apprehension–Impugned judgment of Trial Court is liable to be quashed and set aside.
