Criminal Jurisprudence–Liberty to travel abroad–Denial from granting the permission–Criminal proceedings u/s. 498-A–Appellant is the brother-inlaw of complainant –No specific complaint against him–He lives at some other place in USA and does not reside in the same premises with his brother–it is not the case of complainant that he forcibly took away or misappropriated her jewellery or refused to return the same in spite of demand–Failure to control his brother does not constitute the offence u/s. 498-A–Allegation that he had not anything when the complainant had spoken about her husband’s behavior–Denial of permission to the appellant to leave the Country is not sustainable.
