security interest is a one time act or omission–It cannot be said that the petitioner committed the breach each day during the period when the loan remained unpaid–On the merits of case, the attachment could have continued only for a period of one year commencing from the attachment and appointment of receiver–Petitioner has cleared the loan–Question of violation no more continues–Order of attachment and appointment of receiver shall stand withdrawn forthwith.
